Immersion Assembly

Today is Monday the first day of term 3 and it’s the immersion assembly. Mr Somerville and Mr Jacobson ran up to the stage and started clapping their hands to a song it was called move ya body,It was from Beyonce Mr Burt  then came out to the stage and started dancing he was dressed up like a girl and his name was Beyonce Burt. It was super funny and he was wearing a blonde wig a white singlet and blue shorts.

The school’s theme is Move Ya Body it’s about being active and healthy. That means eating healthy snacks and healthy food. It’s also about movement, energy, hydration, fitness, exercise, dancing and teamwork.

Team 4’s topic is about being fit and healthy and being vigorous. Team 4’s movie was about being creative to make games better than the team 4 teachers that are good for fitness. Fitness, teamwork and movement is that what team 4’s movie was like.

I hope to learn about science and also find out some facts about water and how it hydrates us. I also hope that we learn about about our body movement and how how fit we are. I would also like to runs every day to keep fit.

I think the new term theme is good because we can get fit and not be lazy. I also think that it is kinda the same as last term because last term was I Like To Move It and this term is Move Ya Body. But this term is about fitness and being healthy.
